John Paglia’s history in the construction industry started more than 3 decades ago with his father’s concrete business. His father taught him an honest day work is something to be proud of. After his father passed John needed to take the business to the next step and began Paglia Homes Inc.
Paglia Home’s has grown to a full-service home building & renovation company capable of designing and building the most intricate of projects. Paglia Home’s has experience with the EPA, Army corp. of engineers and Chagrin valley engineers’ office when the project calls for special approval. Paglia Homes provides top quality workmanship to your existing home with additions and renovations. We can quote your own architect's plans or you can have our architect draw your plans. Paglia Homes designs and builds custom built-ins, cabinets and furniture. We also can build your own designs.
